Hilton San Jose La Sabana – Hotel near airport in San Jose (San Jose)

The hotel rooms are very nicely appointed and very comfy, though the AC couldn't be adjusted, and the bed was too hard for my liking. It could have used a couch or been more affordable. The service was exceptional with a focus on guests, and the location, despite being somewhat odd with construction around, was excellent. The dining experience was amazing, even though it was not included, and the facilities were great.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the discreet housekeeping service that allowed me to rest undisturbed due to an unexpected flight delay. However, the room temperature got a bit warm at night. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to assist me, even securing a rental car to save my vacation. The location, although slightly surrounded by construction sites, offered a stunning view, especially from the rooftop bar. The dining was fantastic, but a bit pricey. Overall, a memorable stay that was worth the cost.

I had to clean the rooms myself, make the beds, empty trash, and call for clean towels, coffee, toilet paper, and water. On the bright side, the sunset views, district lights, and stadium were fantastic, giving me one of the best sleeps in years. However, it was a bit hot at night, and I couldn't adjust the AC. The bed was very hard, suggesting softer mattresses or toppers would be helpful.
